Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Track stock levels and ensure that products are available and organized on the shelves. This includes monitoring inventory for discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers by assisting them with their queries, processing transactions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Building rapport with customers is essential for repeat business.

- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance customer experience. This includes putting away stock, cleaning shelves, and updating displays.

- Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in achieving targets by engaging with customers, promoting products, and understanding customer needs to recommend suitable items.

- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on sales, inventory,



and customer feedback to help management make informed decisions. Accurate record-keeping is key for store operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:
