Key Responsibilities & Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and L2 Application/System Support.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, with hands-on experience in Reports and Dashboards for data analysis.

Ability to understand and analyze business logic and requirements.

Experience managing Salesforce users, data, profiles, permissions, and security.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, especially in L2 support environments.

Ability to analyze and resolve complex application issues quickly with robust attention to detail.

Hands-on experience with Data Loader and other Salesforce data management tools.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Anaplan exposure is a plus / good to have.
