Duties and responsibility

* Develop new business opportunities in SPM, Automation & Automotive industries.

* Identify and acquire OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers and industrial customers.

* Generate leads through customer visits, networking, exhibitions and market research.

* Understand customer requirements and coordinate for SPM, automation, machining, sheet-metal and plastic component solutions.

* Prepare enquiries, quotations and commercial proposals and follow up for order conversion.

* Develop and manage long-term customer relationships.

* Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

* Monitor market trends, competitors and recent project opportunities.

* Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Production and Purchase teams for customer requirements.

* Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and regular MIS reports.

* Strong communication, negotiation,



technical understanding and target-oriented approach required.

* Willingness to travel for customer visits is essential.

Education & Qualification

Diploma/.//MBA in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Engineering or related field.
