Key Responsibilities

Handle customers visiting the branch

Assist with Savings & Current Account opening

KYC and account-related documentation

Handle customer service requests and banking queries

Support customers with debit cards, cheque books, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking

Explain banking products such as CASA, FD/RD, loans, credit cards and insurance

Generate leads and support customer acquisition

Maintain existing customer relationships

Follow KYC,



compliance and bank procedures
