● Strong hands-on experience with Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push channels.

● Strong expertise in Journey Builder and marketing automation.

● Hands-on experience with AMPscript, SSJS, Cloud Pages, HTML/CSS.

● Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, transactional communication APIs, and third-party integrations.

● Experience with Data Extensions, data modeling, segmentation, and audience management.

● Experience in custom activity development and SFMC technical solutions.

● Experience with marketing reports and dashboards.

● Solid troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Certifications

● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification - Preferred/Required

● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification - Preferred
