Phoenix Financial Services is looking for enthusiastic and confident Client Acquisition Executives to join our team.
The role involves connecting with potential clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining the company's stock-market advisory services, and assisting in client on boarding.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Explain the company's stock-market advisory services and offerings clearly.
Understand client requirements and communicate relevant service information.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Assist in converting qualified leads into clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and service-related requirements.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
Follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements while communicating with clients.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market/financial services is an advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
What We Offer
Salary: ₹12,000-₹30,000 per month
