Strong hands-on experience with Jira

Good understanding of functional requirements and business processes

Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Experience in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

Strong functional documentation skills

Experience preparing BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and Requirement Documents

Ability to maintain and update requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Experience in UAT, functional testing, and defect clarification

Ability to work closely with Developers, QA, and internal stakeholders

Experience in requirement tracking, change management, and task management using Jira

Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
