### About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, positive follow-up abilities, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

* Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.

* Coordinate and schedule virtual and face-to-face interviews with candidates and interview panels.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Coordinate with Branch Heads, Department Heads, and Management regarding manpower requirements.

* Maintain and regularly update the Recruitment Tracker / ATS.

* Manage candidate documentation, offer discussions, LOI, appointment formalities, and joining coordination.

* Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment requirements.

* Maintain a database of active and potential candidates for future requirements.

* Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining status.





* Handle candidate queries and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

* Support other HR activities as and when required.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

* Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruitment portals.

* Strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and reporting.

* Candidates with experience in education, school, or service-sector recruitment will be preferred.
