The Chance
Advantage HQ already generates significant inbound demand. We have a large CRM, robust client results, meaningful market credibility, an established setter team, and a growing sales organization.
However, our B2B marketing engine is still fragmented.




Too many valuable leads receive insufficient follow-up. Our case studies and industry knowledge are not distributed consistently. Our CRM is underutilized. Content, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and sales outreach are not yet operating as one coordinated revenue system.
We are hiring a Director of Demand Generation to build and own that system.
What You’ll Own
Build the demand generation strategy
You will create the company’s B2B demand generation plan, define priority segments and buyer profiles, determine which channels and campaigns deserve investment, and establish transparent targets for qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
You will work closely with the Founder and VP of Sales to ensure marketing is built around the brands we actually want to acquire, rather than simply generating the cheapest possible leads.
