Purpose

We are looking for a CS & Legal Skilled to join our Legal & Compliance team. The role will be responsible for corporate secretarial compliance, corporate governance, regulatory matters, contract management, and legal support across the organization. The position will work closely with business stakeholders, senior management, and global/regional legal teams.

Key Missions





Key Responsibilities
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including Board/Shareholder meetings, minutes, resolutions, statutory registers, and regulatory filings.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor/customer agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Review tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial documents from a legal and compliance perspective.
• Identify and mitigate legal, contractual, and compliance risks.
• Support litigation-related documentation and coordinate with external legal counsel, as required.
• Maintain legal templates, contract records, corporate documents, and compliance documentation.
• Provide legal and compliance support to Finance, HR, Procurement, Business teams, and senior management.
