End-to-end ownership across:
Architecture/design
Implementation
Unit testing
Performance/scalability
Reliability and observability

ADC / Load Balancing
GSLB
DNS
L4/L7
TCP/UDP
Network protocols / RFC implementation
Candidates need to demonstrate actual engineering/problem-solving depth, not theoretical knowledge

Tech stacks - Mandatory / high priority:
C - very important / primary development language
Linux - solid preference / practically mandatory workplace
