Hiring: Call Centre Executive – Diagnostic Sales

We are looking for Call Centre Executives to join our Diagnostic Sales team.

Role: Call Centre Executive – Diagnostic Sales
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 years in BPO/Call Centre/Sales/Healthcare preferred
Qualification: Graduation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to diagnostic tests and health packages.
• Convert customer enquiries and leads into bookings.
• Explain diagnostic tests, packages, pricing, offers and home sample collection services.
• Follow up with leads and improve booking conversion.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with phlebotomists and internal teams for home collection bookings.
• Achieve daily/monthly booking, conversion and revenue targets.




• Maintain call quality and follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
• Update customer and booking details accurately in the system.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English + Telugu/Hindi.
• Robust customer-handling and sales skills.
• Ability to convince customers and close bookings over calls.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-volume call centre workplace.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
