Implementation Senior Lead Temenos Functional/Technical Experience Level: 10+ years
Job Summary Implementation Senior Lead to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery. The candidate will lead a team of consultants, configuring and customizing Temenos Core Banking solutions to match complex business workflows. Core Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration: Lead gap analysis workshops and translate complex business requirements into Temenos Arrangement Architecture (AA) and core configurations.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior implementation consultants, ensuring code quality, configuration standards, and delivery excellence.
Customisation Delivery: Oversee the development of local versions, enquiries, templates,



and complex routines (e.g., in TAFJ/jBC).
Post-Go-Live Support: Guide the team through hypercare and transition activities to BAU support teams.

Key Requirements
10+ years of Core Banking experience, with at least 6+ years dedicated to Temenos (T24/Transact) implementation.
Subject Matter Expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) across Core Modules (Accounts, Customer, Interest) and LOBs (Retail, Corporate, Corporate Lending, or Wealth).
Solid technical background in TAFJ, jBC, InfoBasic, and screen customisation.
