We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team to lead the three units of overhead business. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management, manufacturing accounting, and budgeting, with the ability to contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and helping to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide recommendations to senior management for cost-saving prospects and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards and industry practices.
• Manage the preparation of statutory financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring proper compliance with legal and tax regulations.
