YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Private Equity team, you will be accountable for an productive processing and review of end-to-end PE funds NAV delivery, including capital events, annual financials,



support year end audit process and specifically supports the team during process migration to India CDC and overseeing the NAV delivery:

• Supervise and mentor a team of, Fund Accountant and Senior Fund Accountant, ensuring robust technical capability and client service orientation

• Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS, including partner capital accounts and waterfall allocations.

• Review and approve capital activity (calls, distributions, equalizations) and ensure compliance with side letters and bespoke investor economics

• Implement and monitor internal controls for an effective NAV accounting process and exception management to maintain audit readiness

• Identify and execute process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance reporting accuracy

• Support system optimization initiatives (Investran, and other Nav accounting tools) and other NAV process automation projects

• Sign off as reviewer on SOC1 checklist and support SOC external audit requests
