Facility Executive
Oversee housekeeping operations across commercial building
Manage a team of housekeeping staff and supervisors
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Coordinate with building managers, security, and vendors
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor contracts
Handle resident/tenant complaints and feedback
Implement and monitor SOPs, quality checks, and audits
Manage budget and optimize costs for housekeeping services
