Sales Management

• In-depth understanding of top accounts, identify growth prospects, develop / execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales target.
• Defending the core and driving conversions thereby adding incremental business.
• Responsible for maintaining /gaining market share in the territories handled as per plans
• Has broad understanding of internal organization resources, priorities, needs relating to business
• Has detailed knowledge of sales process and ability to coach & drive solution selling approach.
• Ensuring submission of relevant Region reports per cadence & agreed timelines.
Customer relationship

• Develops and maintains robust relationships with key customers
• Develops Key opinion leaders in the region
• Acts as bridge between internal stakeholders ( Marketing and Med Affairs ) and customers to deliver programs to addr
