Jr. Graphic Designer (Brand + Performance)

We are hiring a strong individual contributor who can create high-quality design across performance marketing and brand.
This role is for someone with solid fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished work consistently. You will work closely with the founders and be part of a growing design team

Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-quality creatives for ads, social, and brand communication
• Translate briefs into clear, on-brand visuals
• Work closely with the Co-founder Prachi and the marketing team on creative direction
• Occasionally challenge briefs and suggest better visual approaches
• Deliver polished work with robust attention to detail
• Manage timelines and deliver without follow-ups





Skills & Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in design (in-house or startup preferred)
• Robust fundamentals (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
• Experience designing performance marketing creatives for Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Ability to handle feedback and improve output quickly
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Tools
• Strong proficiency in Adobe, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Familiarity with AI tools

Valuable to Have
• Basic motion design (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
