Role Purpose
The Technical AFM will be responsible for the day-to-day technical operations, maintenance, reliability, safety, statutory compliance and performance of building engineering systems across the assigned facilities.
The role will ensure that all MEP and critical infrastructure systems are operated and maintained safely, efficiently and in accordance with client requirements, JLL standards, statutory regulations and OEM recommendations.
The Technical AFM will also lead the technical team, coordinate with vendors and specialist contractors, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, and identify prospects for energy efficiency, cost optimisation, reliability improvement and asset enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
A. Technical Operations & Maintenance
• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of:Electrical systems – HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, APFC, batteries and distribution systems.HVAC systems – chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split ACs, ventilation and exhaust systems.Plumbing systems – domestic water, drainage, pumps, tanks and associated systems.Fire & Life Safety systems – fire alarm, hydrant, s
