What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Drive revenue growth and business closures
Identify recent markets and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams
Support strategic alliances and business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and networking skills

Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to work independently and deliver results





Minimum 30 outreach calls per day

Consistent follow-ups and reporting discipline

Experience in Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Recruitment, or MBA preferred

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based chance.

This role operates completely on sales-based incentives
