Job Description
Prepare and edit 2D drawings, including plans, profiles, and cross-sections, using MicroStation.
Import, reference, and coordinate SID files and design data from Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, InRoads Designer, and other modeling platforms.
Support utility and infrastructure design teams in developing construction drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation. Ensure all deliverables comply with client-specific CAD standards, level libraries, file-naming conventions, and UTM Zone settings.
Manage drawings and project data within ProjectWise / ACC settings for document control, versioning, and collaboration. Collaborate closely with engineers and BIM coordinators to maintain consistency between MicroStation and Civil 3D datasets.
Generate drawing sheets, annotations, dimensions, and labels in accordance with project templates, scale-specific requirements, and QA/QC procedures.
Assist with data translation, including DWG-to-DGN and DGN-to-DWG conversions, while maintaining data integrity. Support multidisciplinary coordination and interface checks for utility corridors, alignments, road infrastructure, and associated civil works.
