The College Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with colleges and educational institutions, coordinating student engagement activities, facilitating training and placement opportunities, and ensuring smooth implementation of project activities within partner colleges.

Key Responsibilities
College & Institutional Coordination

• Establish and maintain robust relationships with colleges, universities, ITIs, and other educational institutions.

• Coordinate with college management, principals, placement officers, faculty members, and student coordinators.

• Identify and onboard recent colleges as per project requirements.

• Conduct regular visits to partner institutions and ensure effective coordination.

• Support the execution of MoUs and institutional partnerships.
Student Mobilization & Engagement

• Mobilize eligible students for skill development, employability, certification, and placement programs.

• Conduct orientation sessions, awareness campaigns, career counselling, and student engagement activities.





• Maintain regular communication with students through calls, WhatsApp groups, email, and other communication channels.

• Ensure students complete registration, assessments, training, and certification requirements.
Training Program Coordination

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training programs in partnership with colleges.

• Work closely with trainers and college faculty to ensure smooth implementation.

• Track student attendance, participation, course completion, and assessment performance.

• Resolve operational issues related to training and student participation.
Placement & Career Support

• Coordinate with the placement team to identify suitable job and internship opportunities for students.

• Facilitate campus placement drives, job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer interactions.

• Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, career counselling, and employability
