JOB RESPONSIBILITY:




• Must have good understanding of assembly, fabrication forming and other manufacturing processes

• Must have a good understanding of lean manufacturing and TQM concepts like productivity, efficiency, PPM, process capability, etc.

• Required to have ability to handle E-category manpower.

• Manage and optimize production performance, including efficiency, productivity, production plan target achievement, communicating quality and material issues

• Maintain team-oriented relationships with operators(s) while effectively resolving performance/capability issues through close co-ordination with key stakeholders like process engineering, quality, supply chain to ensure alignment with business requirements.
