Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives and convert them into clear internal briefs.
Coordinate with Creative, Content, Design, Social Media & Performance Marketing teams.
Manage campaign execution, timelines and deliverables.
Lead client calls/meetings, present ideas and coordinate feedback.
Prepare presentations, reports, campaign updates and meeting notes.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaigns and client satisfaction.
Manage multiple accounts while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Should be open to travel for client meetings.
What We're Looking For
Mandatory - 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management at a Digital Marketing Agency.
Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media & Content Marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
Strong coordination, organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, solution-oriented and detail-focused approach.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
Passion for digital marketing, branding and social media trends.
Hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
