Job Description

The Senior Medical Editor is responsible for a range of Editorial services, including medical editing, copyediting, proofreading and fact checking of digital and print pharmaceutical advertising materials, internal and external presentations and corporate communications. The Senior Medical Editor supports the outlook, needs and requirements of the Editorial competency to maintain quality, and is accountable for assigned projects.

Edit for language clarity and consistency, brand and messaging accuracy, appropriate tone, overall cohesiveness, flow,



organization, client and AMA style, grammar, spelling, typographical errors and formatting; support reviews with AI tools
Participate in the content review process throughout all stages of a project, including fact checking with accurate referencing
Collaborate with other teammates including Editorial, Creative, and Project Management to assist in project prioritization and increase ease of project completion while maintaining quality
• Support coverage of agency team and launch tasks
