Role Description The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is a full time, in office role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping and laundry teams,



organizing work schedules, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring adherence to resort policies and hygiene protocols. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager coordinates room readiness for events and high-occupancy periods, responds to guest requests and feedback, and collaborates with Front Office and other departments to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience. The role also contributes to staff onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in housekeeping procedures.
