Your Role
• Act as the trusted financial steward and primary point of contact for the CFOs of assigned legal entities.
• Own the end-to-end preparation and integrity of financial statements for multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Group Guidelines.
• Lead month-end closing activities and prepare, review, and validate accounting reports and financial analyses.
• Coordinate financial and tax audits, working closely with centralized accounting departments and Group Functions such as Tax and Treasury.




• Communicate financial developments to key stakeholders, proactively identify irregularities, and provide well-reasoned solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and transition or transformation initiatives across accounting processes.
• Monitor changes in tax and accounting legislation and implement the required process adaptations.
• Develop training materials, mentor colleagues, and contribute to improving the quality, efficiency, and reliability of finance processes.

Who You Are
• You bring a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting, combined with the analytical mindset and team-oriented spirit to thrive in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• You have 4–6 years of relevant skilled experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, or a comparable finance role.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience in a comparable role. CA/CW
