Primary Job Responsibilities
• Mentoring Students for UPSC/UPPSC preparation.
• Coordinate regarding students’ learnings, study schedule, weaker areas, improvement, etc.
• Explicit doubts of students regarding their academic requirements and also help them manage the exam pressure.
• Be the support system for the students during this cumbersome journey.
Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Should have appeared for at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains or 1 UPSC CSE Interview.
• Should have appeared for at least 2 UPPSC Mains attempts.
• Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC/UPPSC Interview will be preferred.
• Prior mentoring/counselling experience will be preferred.
• Valuable understanding of the UPSC/UPPSC examination pattern, preparation strategy, and syllabus.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and student-handling skills.
