About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale Nudge’s growth engine beyond paid media.

Paid acquisition across Google and Meta is already up and running. Your mandate will be to build the channels and systems that create sustainable, compounding growth - with a robust focus on creator-led growth, UGC, content, product marketing, ASO, social, and brand marketing.

You’ll report directly to the Founder and work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing as a peer.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, testing ideas, reading data,



and turning experiments into repeatable growth channels.

What You’ll Own

• Creator & UGC Growth
• Build and scale creator-led acquisition as a meaningful growth channel.
• Develop creator partnerships across relevant categories, platforms, and audience segments.
• Build UGC programs that generate high-performing, repeatable content.
• Own the creator funnel - from identifying and briefing creators to content performance and acquisition outcomes.
• Develop frameworks for creator selection, content briefs, testing, measurement, and scaling.
• Track and improve creator-led acquisition through explicit metrics and experimentation.
• Product Marketing & ASO
• Own Nudge’s product marketing strategy across the user journey.
• Translate product features and consumer value propositions into compelling messaging.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams on onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
