Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic physical audits, and manage inward/outward material movements.
Operations Management: Oversee daily store activities, maintain safety compliance, and enforce housekeeping standards (such as 5S methodology).
Team Supervision: Guide, schedule, and train store personnel or warehouse workers.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date logs via ERP or inventory management systems and prepare consumption or sales reports.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for timely material replenishment or deliveries.
