Job Description

The Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s security awareness platform (e.g., KnowBe4 or similar). This role oversees the end-to-end administration of cybersecurity training initiatives, ensuring effective delivery, user engagement, and compliance across the organization. This role will also heavily partner with the cybersecurity governance analyst to assist in audit/assessment compliance items and fulfillment of actions items.




Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage the cybersecurity training and awareness platform (e.g., KnowBe4 or similar)
• Coordinate and distribute cybersecurity awareness campaigns across the organization
• Track participation and completion metrics to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Design and execute phishing simulation campaigns to assess and improve employee security awareness
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Privacy and other business units, to support the rollout of required training programs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting platform-related issues
• Provide user support and resolve technical challenges to ensure a seamless training experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT Management, CS, Privacy & Ethics or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cybersecu
