About the role: The HR Advisor is responsible for end-to-end HR operational support across key employee touchpoints, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and customer-centric employee experience.



The role partners closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to execute HR processes accurately, on time, and in line with global and local policies.

Job Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management
• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities including:• Pre-onboarding and onboarding
• Employment changes (promotions, transfers, role/manager changes)
• Leave of absence, extensions, and return-to-work processing
• Offboarding/ Exit (resignation to final exit)

• Ensure all transactions are executed accurately in Servicenow, Workday (or HRIS) and downstream systems.
HR Operations & Case Management
• Handle employee and manager queries via case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, myCarrier).
• Provide timely, accurate resolutions in line with defined SLAs.
• Create, track, and close cases while maintaining clear documentation and audit trails.
Data Accuracy & Compliance
