Docket’s AI Marketing Agent helps B2B companies engage website visitors, understand buyer intent, and turn conversations into sales prospects. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own customer relationships and help customers implement and get measurable value from the product.
What you’ll do
• Own a portfolio of B2B customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion.

• Lead product setup and rollout: understand customer goals, configure workflows, coordinate integrations and stakeholders, and guide customers through go-live.

• Review usage, conversations, campaign performance, and account health; turn those insights into specific actions that improve outcomes.

• Run customer check-ins and business reviews, manage risks, and communicate progress clearly to marketing and revenue leaders.

• Use AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or other LLMs to build practical workflows, agents, or internal tools that make your work more effective.

• Partner with Product, Sales,



and Support to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.

What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years of direct customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, or a closely related role, with ownership of customer outcomes—not solely ticket-based support.

• Hands-on experience using an LLM to build a working tool, agent, or workflow. No-code builds are welcome; Python or a software-engineering background is not required.

• Experience with customer onboarding, product adoption, account reviews, and renewal or expansion conversations.

• Comfort learning and implementing a technical SaaS product, working with cross-functional teams, and using data to diagnose problems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present to stakeholders and document customer interactions clearly.

• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru.
