Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to ensure a secure working environment at construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site safety inspections, hazard identification, PPE compliance, safety training, documentation, and coordination with site teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety inspections and identify site hazards.
Ensure workers and contractors follow safety procedures.
Monitor proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety induction for workers.
Monitor safety during work at height, excavation, scaffolding, lifting, and other construction activities.
Maintain safety inspection, incident, and training records.




Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and workers.
Ensure proper barricading, safety signage, housekeeping, and emergency arrangements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
Follow up on corrective and preventive safety actions.

Eligibility
Diploma / Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or a relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in construction or real estate.
Valuable knowledge of construction site safety practices.
Knowledge of PPE, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare safety reports and maintain documentation.
