About the Prospect

Role & Responsibilities
Provide clinical care to inpatients and outpatients at assigned district health facilities under senior supervision.
Conduct daily ward rounds, document patient progress, and manage treatment plans in line with national protocols.
Support emergency response efforts during district-level health crises, including outbreak containment and mass casualty incidents.
Collaborate with ANMs, ASHAs, and public health staff to execute maternal, child, and infectious disease control programs.
Prepare clinical reports, maintain case records,



and ensure compliance with hospital and state health department guidelines.
Participate in community outreach drives, health education sessions, and preventive care camps.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MBBS Degree
Registered with State Medical Council
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Emergency Medicine Knowledge
OPD & IPD Patient Management
Health Program Implementation
Public Health Guidelines (NHM/NRHM)
Preferred
Experience in District Hospital or PHC Setup
Fluency in Hindi & Local Dialects
Training in Community Medicine or Rural Health
