Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

As a Senior Engineer in NVH at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd your responsibilities include:

• Carry out frequency domain and time domain analysis in system level and vehicle level for evaluating the energetic characteristics using CAE tools.

• Validate and correlate the simulation results with physical test data and setup process / standards for CAE methodologies.

• Involvement in the project from concept phase to start of production, handling the field and quality issues, contributing with analysis for improvement in BSR-NVH domain.

• Collaborate with design teams to integrate BSR-NVH solutions early in the development phase.

• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation of the findings from benchmarks for projects to build top-notch quality products.

Experience

We seek candidates with 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an NVH/BSR Simulation Engineer, ideally within the automotive industry context. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in developing and validating NVH models, executing simulation tasks,



and interpreting results to influence vehicle design decisions.
Additional skills that will enhance your candidature include proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for automating simulation workflows, as well as familiarity with emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applied towards NVH prediction and analysis. Demonstrated ability in these areas will enable cutting-edge approaches to model optimization and data-driven decision-making.
Experience in working closely with design and testing teams to validate simulation results against experimental data is highly valued. Your capacity to adapt to evolving engineering methodologies and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team will support the continuous advancement of our NVH capabilities.
