About the Role

The Sales Executive – Outbound Calling will connect with Heads Up For Tails’ existing and first-party customers to understand their needs, recommend the right products, and drive sales conversions. The role requires solid communication and rapport-building skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to turn every conversation into a lasting customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities | What You Will Do
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects.
Make outbound calls to existing/first-party customers and drive sales conversions.
Follow up actively with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.
Achieve defined sales and revenue targets within timelines.
Maintain accurate call records and follow standard calling and documentation processes.
Stay updated on HUFT products, offers, and new launches to communicate effectively with customers.
Track customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends, and share relevant insights.




Participate in training and continuously improve product and sales knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills | What You Need
Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer retention, or inside sales, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Robust rapport-building and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend relevant products.
Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Passion for pets, lifestyle, or community-led brands is preferred.
