Role Description The Area Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chinsurah-Mogra. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the assigned territory. The Area Sales Executive will monitor sales performance, track competitor activity,
and implement promotional plans to drive brand visibility and product availability. Daily tasks include field visits, order generation, merchandising checks, reporting, and coordination with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate records, and supporting new product launches in the market.
Qualifications
• Robust sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in field sales or FMCG/food & beverages sales.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Valuable analytical skills for sales tracking, market analysis, and forecasting.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Knowledge of trade marketing, merchandising, and retail execution best practices.
