About your role:
As Manager, Data Engineering, you will lead teams that build and evolve contemporary data platforms supporting scalable, reliable, and high-quality data movement across the enterprise. You will work with architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver data platform migrations, strengthen operational execution, and improve delivery outcomes. Your work will help modernize data capabilities, improve platform reliability, and enable trusted data services at scale.
What you'll do:
• Lead and develop a team of 6 to 10 data engineers by setting priorities, coaching performance, and building technical and delivery capabilities across the team.
• Own end-to-end delivery of data engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, quality, risk management, and operational readiness for large-scale programs.
• Guide the design and implementation of up-to-date data platform capabilities using technologies such as Kafka, ZeroETL, Apache Iceberg, and related ingestion and storage patterns.
• Partner with architects and engineering teams to support enterprise data platform migrations, ensuring scalability, performance, and delivery consistency across complex settings.
• Establish delivery governance, sprint execution, dependency management, and technical coordination across cross-functional teams involved in platform modernization.
