Role & Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental conditions including caries, pulpitis, periodontal disease, and malocclusion with precision and empathy.
Perform routine and advanced procedures: fillings, extractions, root canals, crown placements, and denture fittings.
Utilize digital tools (intraoral scanners, CBCT, OPG) to enhance diagnosis accuracy and patient communication.
Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to maintain sterile, productive, and patient-friendly clinical workflows.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment recovery with tailored counseling.




Maintain accurate digital patient records and ensure compliance with clinical safety and regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
BDS and MDS with valid RCI registration
3+ years clinical experience in multi-specialty or general dentistry
Proficiency in operative dentistry, endodontics, and prosthetics
Familiarity with digital diagnostics: CBCT, OPG, intraoral cameras
Experience with dental software: practice management systems, EMR
Solid communication and patient counseling skills
Preferred
Exposure to cosmetic dentistry or implantology
Knowledge of infection control protocols (CDC/WHO standards)
Experience in a corporate or multi-clinic setup
