This position is responsible for effective and cost oriented sourcing operations for the plant adhering to the SOP's with a focus on sustainable and setting friendly outlook.

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

Key accountabilities:
Dealing with User departments for understanding the Purchase requirements
Receive and monitor purchase requisitions.
Identifying suppliers, floating enquiries/RFPs, preparing TBA & CBA of offers received from vendors, negotiation and creating orders/Rate-contracts.



Releasing purchase orders as required.
Managing the relationship with the vendors on the ongoing basis to ensure adherence to the supply and performance
Supporting users and account department for payment process.
Developing the vendor for ARC for consolidating various consumable requirements
Understanding the requirement and managing alternative suppliers which is cost effective
Preparing MIS Reports as per requirement of management within the given deadline
Maintaining of records and documents concerned for Audit and compliance
Budget/Saving Related Reports
Ensuring Material Availability at plant within defined & desired realistic timeline related to Projects & Import.
Provides guidance and assistance to the team in all aspects of purchasing.
Ensures that all purchasing is in compliance with regulations and laws related to Purchasing practices and in accordance with Roquette standard practices.
