Team Overview
The Back Office Operations team supports customers and consumers using TransUnion services for screening, account membership, and credentialing. The team performs identity verification reviews, recommendation transactions, credentialing research, and operational support while maintaining compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
• Respond to support emails and operational requests within established service levels.
• Review identity verification documents and ensure accurate validation of customer and consumer information.
• Complete criminal and eviction recommendation transactions according to documented procedures.
• Research, process, and complete credentialing activities and consumer disclosure requests.
• Enter and maintain data accurately within the TransUnion Billing System Online Portal.




• Verify data accuracy by comparing source information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Communicate issues, discrepancies, and workflow concerns effectively with Sales and other business partners.
• Prioritize workload and manage multiple queues in a fast-paced operational workplace.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Team Leads to improve performance through feedback and coaching.
• Maintain solid knowledge of TransUnion products, services, tools, and business processes.
