We are looking for an experienced Workday Delivery Head to lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence across global Workday programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale global Workday implementations, transformations and AMS engagements.
Own delivery governance, quality, risks, timelines and customer satisfaction.
Lead global teams across Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, Security and Reporting.
Manage executive stakeholder relationships, steering committees and escalations.
Drive resource planning, utilization, delivery performance and workforce scaling.
Partner with Sales and Account Management on pre-sales and business growth.
Drive practice development, capability building and delivery excellence.
Own delivery financials, forecasting, margins and P&L.;
Required Experience:
12+ years of experience in IT Consulting / Enterprise Application Delivery.
7+ years of Workday implementation and delivery leadership experience.
Experience managing large-scale global Workday transformation programs.
Robust understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, Security and Reporting.
Solid program governance and executive stakeholder management experience.
Experience with AMS / Managed Services.
Experience leading large, global and cross-functional teams.
Workday certifications preferred.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are an added advantage.
