Key Responsibilities
 Independently handle buyer accounts and understand their design requirements.
 Work on design & product development for home textiles.
 Create production- and cost-feasible designs.
 Have solid knowledge of embroidery, prints, and weaving.
 Ensure good design aesthetics, quality, and attention to detail.
 Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams.
 Follow qualified work ethics and meet timelines.
Candidate Profile
 7–9 years of relevant experience in Home Textile/Home Furnishing Design.
 Strong design sense with hands-on experience in embroidery, prints, and weaving.
 Positive buyer-handling and communication skills.
 Commercially aware and able to develop designs within production and cost
requirements.
