The Finance Sr. Executive is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.

Job Responsibility
• Solid knowledge of the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including Invoice generation, Reporting and Vendors/Publisher billing.
• Invoice verification and submission
• Payment follow-ups and recovery
• Client account reconciliation and reports preparation
• Tracking outstanding and ageing payments
• Handling billing/payment-related queries and discrepancies

Experience Range
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable operations.

Education Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting
• Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office; candidates should be comfortable working with Excel reports and data.
• Robust attention to detail, accuracy,



and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to independently manage assigned AR activities and follow up proactively for closure.
• SAP/Oracle knowledge is preferred.
• Marketing agency experience is preferred.
