Key Responsibilities:
Manage hard bucket and NPA collections for vehicle loans.
Handle overdue recovery, repossession, and settlement cases.
Lead and monitor the collection team and achieve monthly targets.
Track DPD, bucket-wise performance, and recovery.
Handle critical customer cases and conduct regular field visits.
Manage overall vehicle collection operations for the assigned area.
