Role & Responsibilities
Conduct daily patient consultations, triage, and diagnosis under senior supervision in a clinic setting.
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans aligned with clinical protocols and national guidelines.
Document patient history, vitals, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR).
Assist in minor procedures, wound care, immunizations, and emergency stabilization as needed.
Collaborate with nursing and lab staff to ensure coordinated, timely patient care.
Participate in internal audits, morbidity reviews,



and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
MBBS degree from a recognized medical university
Valid registration with State Medical Council (Kerala)
Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
Proficiency in using EMR or clinic management software
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience in outpatient, general medicine, or emergency care setting
Preferred
Experience in telemedicine or digital health platforms
Knowledge of NABH/NCQA standards
Previous RMO or intern experience in multi-specialty clinics
