Adani Data Centre Project, Dholera
Position Summary
Project Coordinator to support project management team in executing Adani's mission-critical data centre facility in Dholera. Assist in day-to-day project coordination, documentation management, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Administration & Documentation
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings,
specifications, submittals, and correspondence
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, action item trackers, and progress reports
• Manage document control system ensuring version control and proper filing
• Coordinate preparation of monthly progress reports and presentation materials
• Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, and deadline compliance
• Maintain project files in accordance with JLL standards and client requirements
Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate meetings with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives
• Schedule site inspections, technical review sessions, and progress meetings
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders
• Track and follow up on action items from meetings and site visits
• Coordinate visitor management and site access arrangements
• Assist in preparing correspondence, RFIs, and techn
