About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven M&A; Deal Origination Manager to identify and source investment opportunities for our Capital House. The individual will be responsible for building relationships with business owners, promoters, entrepreneurs, advisors and intermediaries and bringing quality investment opportunities to the firm.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and source potential investment and M&A; prospects across sectors.
Develop relationships with promoters, founders, CXOs, business owners and industry intermediaries.
Generate proprietary deal flow through networking, market research, referrals and industry relationships.
Understand the company's business, financial position, growth plans and capital requirements.
Conduct preliminary screening of potential investment opportunities.
Prepare initial opportunity summaries for the investment team.
Coordinate with the internal investment and due diligence team throughout the transaction.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective companies and investment opportunities.




Develop relationships with investment bankers, consultants, CA/CS firms, lawyers and other deal intermediaries.
Track market activity and identify companies that may require growth capital, strategic investment or an M&A; transaction.
Support negotiations and relationship management until transaction closure.

Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in M&A;, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Finance, Business Development or Deal Origination.
Robust network among promoters, founders, business owners and corporate decision-makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial understanding and ability to identify attractive businesses.
Ability to independently source and develop opportunities.
Existing deal/investor network will be highly preferred.
