As a Marketing & Media Officer at BSM Cruise Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies that support business growth, brand visibility, recruitment initiatives, and training programme objectives across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening market presence, driving lead generation, enhancing employer branding, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring consistent brand positioning while connecting commercial, recruitment, and training objectives with effective marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, budget, and integrated marketing calendar aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities.

• Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and adherence to brand standards across all marketing channels and materials.

• Support business development initiatives through lead generation campaigns, market intelligence, industry outreach, partnerships, sales enablement materials,



and conference participation.

• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract candidates through targeted campaigns, recruitment events, institutional engagement, and candidate experience enhancement.

• Design and execute marketing programmes for training courses, skills development initiatives, and educational offerings to generate qualified enquiries and support enrolment objectives.

• Own and manage digital marketing activities, including websites, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, paid advertising, email marketing, content planning, and conversion optimization.

• Manage corporate communications, media relations, press releases, leadership communications, stakeholder messaging, and reputation management initiatives.
